I have been working at Quickstop Finance Center since November 2020 and it has been an amazing journey so far. As a Management Trainee, I was given the opportunity to learn the ropes of the business and develop my skills in customer and sales support. I then moved on to become the Collections Lead in July 2022 and was further promoted to Contact Center Support Manager in May 2023. Finally, I became the Collections Manager in October 2023.rnrnThroughout my time at Quickstop, I have been consistently recognized for my performance, achieving Performer status two times for FY 2022 and FY 2023. rnrnWhat I enjoy most about working at Quickstop is the supportive team environment and the opportunities for growth and development. The company truly values its employees and provides the necessary resources and training to help us succeed. I am proud to be a part of this organization and look forward to continuing to contribute to its success.

I joined Quickstop Finance Center as a part-time janitress while pursuing my degree in Business Management in 2016. Through hard work, dedication, and the support of the company, I was able to transition to a full-time janitress in March 2020. Thanks to the opportunities for growth and development provided by the company, I became a Customer Service Representative in October 2020, and later earned the trust of both colleagues and clients, leading to me being recognized as a Trusted Customer Service Representative in February 2023. Most recently, in September 2023, I have taken on the role of Customer Service and Sales lead, further expanding my skills and responsibility within the company. My experience at Quickstop Finance Center has been one of continuous growth and advancement, and I am proud to be a part of such a supportive and dynamic team.

I have worked at three other organization in Belize, but nothing compares to my experience at CRNCY formally known as, Prudential Management Firm. Since joining the company in 2018, I can honestly say, I am grateful for the experience and opportunities that has been provided to me. As a part of the IT Department, I have also been fortunate to be part of a great team of individuals who are generous in offering assistance and sharing knowledge whenever it is needed. As the Lead Report Developer of the company and someone who is often in communication with the other departments, I can honestly say that the same culture can be found throughout the company. Another great thing about working at CRNCY, is that there is always something challenging happening everyday which only brings new learning opportunities and experience.

My journey with CRNCY has been a fulfilling one since I joined as a part-time Customer Service Representative in December 2014. This marked the beginning of an incredible professional journey for me.

I've seamlessly transitioned through various roles, from loan underwriting in 2015 to Trusted CSR in 2016, Acting Assistant Operation Manager in 2017 Quality Assurance in 2019, Collections in 2020, and currently serving as Collections and Court Representative Lead.
